2011 calendar of Events…

 

There are many new and exciting things on the horizon for FITT and FABULOUS, we are now in 2011 and  getting ready for a full training year ahead of us.  

 

New Classes

The Fitt Studio is offering Fitt classes Monday 5:30 pm

 

STEP 'n' FITT   Is a combination of High and low impact step aerobics. Easy step combinations that are intense and effective which lasts for about 30mins, then we move into a full 15 mins of weights and legs to sculpt and tone the upper and lower body. Then we move into a full 15mins of kick ass abs that will tone, flatten and give you the RAQ hard abs that you are looking for!

 

CIRCUT 'n' FITT Is and really really really really really all body intense workout the is challenging and rewarding once your thru it! This class works on your muscular strength and endurance, cardio and flexibility, This hour is a non stop workout of weights, squats, step ups and abdominals!

 

Soca Jammercize is a Caribbean version of Zumba you be dancing off the pounds to the hottest and latest Soca Jams coming out of the Islands!

 

STRIP 'me' FITT- too shy? FOR NOW get confident ladies and get your girlfriends together! It is time to use your sexxiness to entice your men. Learn to work with what you got and get a great workout at the same time. Strip tease is offered private one on one and group classes available.

 

Pole dance classes – not strong enough? NOT YET but you WILL BE! Get a great workout to build upper body strength and get on the "Pole". Pole dance is offered private one on one and group classes.

 

Added Services

Personal Chef Services, I can prep and cook your meals for the week. Shopping Services are available, do you know what to buy when you go shopping.  

   

 

October to November 2011- Breast Cancer Awareness and Fundraiser, GUILTY FREE HOLIDAY CHALLENGE 10 week weightloss challenge.

 

December 2011 -   FUND RAISER FOR HOLIDAY FOOD DRIVE
