SERVICE FEES
Consultation (35$) which is an hour session of getting to know you and your lifestyle habits and really narrowing down where you need the help and what you're doing day to day with your eating habits. We review your goals to make sure they are realistic and that they can be reached in the time frame that you're looking for and to confirm what I can do to help you get there.

We then do a body shape analysis we take pictures, measurements, body fat percentage, and BMI.

 

Meal plan (45$) is what is needed to help guide you to your goals, based on equal and balanced protein, carbs and fats etc..

Personal Training (55$)  per hour

 

Fitt test (50$) that is a series of exercises that will test Muscular strength, flexibility, endurance, cardio and balance. That will let me know which muscle groups are the weakest and that will allow me to design a Fitness Plan (45$) that will strengthen those muscle groups, lose weight and strengthen your body.
