Fitt and Fabulous provides each client with a  detailed meal plan, designed for them to reach their goals. Each plan is balanced with the proper calculated amounts of Protien, Carbohydrates and Fats to achieve the correct amount of calories required to fuel the body each day. Each plan is formated to provide the body with 6 small meals 3 major and 3 to 4 snacks, depending on workout days and needs. The standard is 2.5 hours 3 hours maximum between each meal, this process helps the body understand that it is being fueled so it does not need to store excess, and will use already stored excess for energy.

The 6 meal frequency enhances the metabolism and as it begins to speed up the natural function of creating the desired thermogenic reaction which heats the body from the inside thus burning more fat.
